Lee Fields and The Expressions are coming back to present their new album It Rains Love on the 17th (also at Apolo). Oh, that old-time glam, elegant suits and sweet backing vocals tailored to your soul with bass and charm… I feel smarter and more mature when I listen to romantic but rough soul music. Somehow my blood runs at a slower pace, I understand complex world-changing conversations and I even start coming to smart conclusions. Try it out, it’s amazing!

It’s great to see that four sisters can play together for so long and still sound so fabulous (not like The Shaggs, oh no, no, no).
