Robadors 23 is like home, albeit a dark stone tunnel of a home full of strangers. You and your date will be able to relax, listen to good music, get drunk, and then, hopefully, go home and fuck like rabbits (each other, not the prostitutes, who outnumber streetlamps on c/ d’en Robador). Here’s the plan: free jazz on lunes, classic jazz on martes, jazz jams on miércoles, eclécticos (indie/pop/cantautor) on jueves, latin on viernes and flamenco on sábados y domingos. Musicians are normally too underground to internet-sample in advance, but that’s part of the encanto and you can expect quality. Get there early (concerts start at 21:30) to grab one of the 20 chairs. If you want to put your mojito (4.50 euros) on one of the 4 tables, get there even earlier. Suck down your cubata (5 euros) or beer (2.50 euros mediana, 2 euros caña, 1 euro zurito) – then go home and suck each other down. Five dates. Done. Go bunnies, go!
